4- Zyl Getriebe bei VW haben alle die gleiche Anbindung sollte also passen.

Wegen haltern bin ich mir nicht sicher.

Wenn Du ein 90 PS Getriebe an einen 2 Liter bauen willst mußt Du
auch die Kupplung und das Schwungrad vom 1,8er übernehmen,der Rest passt so.

wenn du n Tennisarm bekommen willst, kannste das tun, aber n derart kurz übersetztes Getriebe am 2E frisst nur Sprit und du bist nur noch am schalten. Wieso willst denn das tun?

Machen möchte ich das aus dem Grunde, da das Getriebe, was momentan dranne ist (CES) den Geist aufgegeben hat, und ich hier noch ne RP limo in Einzelteilen stehen habe unter anderem eben auch das Getriebe.

Von gebrauchten Getrieben, bei denen ich nicht 100%ig weis, in was für einen Zustand die sind, bin ich nicht begeistert.

Das CES Getriebe war nämlich so eines und des hat sich eben als nicht gut erwiesen (Original war AYK drinne).

Da ich den "Schlachtwagen" noch selbst zu mir gefahren bin, weis ich auch, dass das Getriebe wirklich 1A ist.

Und wie siehts genau aus, mit dem 90ps Getriebe am 2e (verbrauchstechnisch und fahrtechnisch)?

Hab das Getriebe auch am 2E - leider bin ich nicht so begeistert:

habs von nem befreundeten KfZ-Mechaniker einbauen lassen und der hat ziemlich geflucht, weil er entweder den 1. und 5. Gang oder die anderen Gänge gescheit hinbekommen hat. Im Moment ist es so, dass der 1. Gang teilweise sehr schwer und teilweise auch nicht Geräuschlos reingeht.

Verbrauchstechnisch scheine ich - bei ähnlicher Fahrwerise wie sonst auch- einen guten halben Liter höher zu liegen - ich denke aber, das liegt in den Fahrweisen - Toleranzen

Am We will Laempi sich das mal ansehen - ich werde berichten!

Ich denke mal, das wird an der Einstellung von den Schaltzügen liegen, dass die Gänge nicht vernünftig reingehen.

Die sind mit unter sehr knifflig ein zu stellen (1mm daneben und schon kriegt man fast kein Gang rein).

Hatte auch mal ein Diesel-Getriebe an einem 2e verbaut (mein erste Getriebe umbau); da dachte ich mir auch nur, watt fürn misst und hing erstmal ne halbe Stunde vorm Passi, bis die Schaltzüge richtig eingestellt waren.

Das ist nicht richtig . Die 02A Getriebeglocken unterscheiden sich nicht !

Das ist NICHT richtig . Wie bitte werden dann Getriebe gemischt verbaut ? z.B Gkb`s die es ab Werk im RP, ABS UND 2E , G60 gibt ????

Nochmal : 02A Getriebe sind immer gleich in den abmessungen !!

Aber du hast recht wenn du schreibst das du es eigentlich wissen müßtest !! Ich wäre in diesem fall echt geneigt eine Wette einzugehen !
